Details
At IIMT University, The M.Tech.in Electronics and communication (EC) offered by the department is a two year program having four semesters of duration. Goal of the department is to produce brilliant intellectuals matching to the needs of modern industry and other professional pursuits including entry into R&D, both within and outside the country.
The students are required to take up a projects, seminar and dissertation for second year to implement the theoretical knowledge gained in first year of M.Tech and to develop the aptitude for taking up research in their area of specialization. These dissertations can be taken up with R&D organizations and industries as well.
