The abbreviation MAT is the abbreviation for Assessment of Management. The MAT test is a nationwide management entrance test administered by AIMA four times per year. It allows applicants into MBA and PGDM programs offered by top colleges with 750+ students across India. The test is held over four calendar years in a row. i.e., January, January, February, May, and September and December. Each year, approximately 30000 candidates are registered and participate in every session. The MAT exam may be administered in three CBT, IBT, and PBT.

Eligibility Criteria:

To take MAT 2021 completed, applicants must hold the degree of a bachelor's from an accredited institution in any field. One of the biggest advantages applicants for MAT have is no age limit for the test. Neither is the time limit for when they can take it. i.e., applicants can take the test as many times as they want to improve their scores.

MAT 2021 Registration:

The application procedure for MAT 2021's registrations for the December session will open in December. The dates to apply for the MAT PBT, MAT CBT IBT MAT, and MAT PBT are scheduled at various times. Candidates who wish to appear can apply for any other exams with an application fee.

MAT 2021 Admit Card: PBT, IBT & CBT Mode:

The MAT 2021 Admission Card download procedure for the IBT model test will start on November 25th, and admit cards will be available two days before the MAT exam in question. AIMA is expected to issue the MAT CBT admit cards on November 16th for the initial CBT exam scheduled for November 21st in 2021. In the case of the exam based on PBT, the admit card for MAT will be released on November 29th, 2021. The steps to download the admit card are listed below.

  • Visit the official website of AIMA MAT.
  • Log in using your Registered Mobile Number and Password.
  • There is a possibility of downloading your admit card.
  • You can save the Hall ticket or Admission card to your computer. Then save it on the drive.
  • Print the Admit Card to use at the center.
  • Print an exact copy of the Instructions for testing.
  • The inspector will review the details at the examination center and then mark the document.

The upper portion of the admit card will be received by the invigilator. The lower portion is given to the person applying.

MAT 2021 Exam Pattern:

The MAT Exam is typically composed of five parts that test the candidate's Reasoning, Mathematics, English general awareness, and Mathematics. The test structure for MAT 2021 has not been significantly changed, and every MAT test will comprise 40 MCQs of a moderate to easy level.

  • The test can be completed simultaneously online or offline based on the test taker's preference.
  • Two hundred questions are asked within the MAT 2021.
  • The test can be taken simultaneously online or offline, based on the applicant's preferences.
  • The total number of questions is 200. posed in the MAT 2021.

  • Every question is compulsory.
  • All questions are objective.
  • For every correct answer, one point is awarded.
  • For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be removed.
  • The test will be administered in three different ways: Internet-Based Test (IBT), Computer Based Test (CBT), and Paper Based Test (PBT).
