Masters of Surgery or MS ENT is a postgraduate study in surgical sciences program lasting three years. This program focuses on ENT research and further education on the different surgical procedures used to treat issues related to ENT. Some of the most popular areas of study include anesthesia, general medical wards, general surgical methods Radiology and Radiotherapy Plastic surgery, etc. The primary eligibility requirements in the MS ENT degree program are that the candidate has completed 10+2 and have an MBBS degree from an accredited college. The admission procedure of MS ENT courses varies from university to university; some universities/colleges conduct entrance examinations while others take direct admission.

Eligibility Criteria:

The requirements for eligibility for MS ENT course may vary between colleges. Below we have listed a few of the common Master of Surgery (ENT) requirements to be met by candidates: A candidate must be able to show at least 50% of the score for undergraduate medical courses, such as MBBS or any other specialized MBBS courses at an accredited university. Candidates should also have an adequate amount of practical training for at least two years prior to making an application for the master's of surgical course. Candidates must also apply for university level examinations at national level like NEET AIIMS-CET, JIPMER, NIHMANS, etc. These tests will assess the proficiency of the candidate and their technical aptitude to follow this course. There is also an additional relaxation of 5% for overall marks of NEET-PG scores. i.e. that 45% marks are sufficient for candidates from the SC/ST category. The admission process to the MS ENT program is conducted by entrance exam or merit-based. Applications can be downloaded via the university website or through the Admissions Office. Candidates must fill in the required information in accordance with the documents in place. Merit-Based Admission The majority of colleges offer direct admission to the program depending on the marks earned at the end of their bachelor's program. The documents required at the time of admission: High school transcript (10th level) as proof of birth date. All MBBS professional examination marks at the university document. MBBS diploma/provisional certificates. Internship completion certificate. A PG diploma (if appropriate). Valid registration certificate for temporary or permanent registration issued by MCIor The State Medical Council. A copy of the application forms. Three stamp size photographs. The CD (Compact disc) with scanned copies all relevant documents.

Entrance-Based Admission:

The admission process is conducted through Entrance Exams and the following are a few of the important aspects in connection with the same. There are only a handful of colleges and universities that conduct the entrance exam to be able to admit students into the program.
